Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your supplements to you quickly and without fuss across the continental United States. Shipping is free on all subscription orders, and free on any order over $75.

Shipping costs

All subscription orders ship free, always. For one-time orders, shipping is free on anything over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat rate of $5.99. There are no hidden fees.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day are typically fulfilled within one to three business days. From there, most orders arrive within two to four business days via carriers such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on your location. Larger orders may take a little longer to process.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only. At this time we are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or military addresses. Some products may carry additional US-only limitations in line with regulations.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you order, and a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow its progress on the carrier's site. If there is ever a delay, from weather or high demand, we will let you know.
