Returns Policy

At Oria Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making things right if an issue arises with your order. We follow straightforward guidelines for returns, refunds, and replacementsβ€”focused on errors like damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of supplements, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or unopened products.

  • Eligible Returns: We accept claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong products within 30 days of delivery. Provide photos and details promptly so we can verify and resolve quickly.
  • Process:
    1. Email info@orianutrition.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description within 30 days.
    2. We'll review and approve (or explain any denial) within 1-2 business days, then coordinate a prepaid return label if needed (for your convenience).
    3. Ship back the item(s)β€”we'll inspect upon receipt (typically 3-5 business days). Approved replacements ship within 3-5 business days; refunds process in 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds & Replacements: Full refunds go to your original payment method (or store credit if preferred). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our end. For partial damage, we may issue prorated refunds or credits. Replacements are free for identical items, subject to availability.
  • Exclusions: No returns for change of mind, opened supplements (hygiene policy), or international/ineligible addresses.
